1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 364ace ("we", "us", "the Platform", "364ace") governing your access to and use of the 364ace website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services.

By creating an account, accessing the 364ace platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.

364ace reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register for and use a 364ace account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 364ace operates an 18+ policy without exception. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 364ace or any related gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 364ace account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held across those accounts.

364ace reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any point — including National ID card, passport, driver's licence, or mobile wallet ownership confirmation — before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or continuing account access. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 364ace account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-step verification where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of active sessions on devices you are not currently using.
• Notify 364ace immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

364ace shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a breach to our support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 364ace are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the gaming wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• 364ace does not charge platform-side transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• The mobile wallet account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as your verified 364ace account.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours. Processing time may be extended during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
• 364ace reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms (see Section 5).

364ace reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of bonuses, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, 364ace may also freeze the account pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

364ace offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy outlined in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 364ace reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 364ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 364ace is governed by the rules of the individual game or sport as published on the platform, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

• All wagers placed are final once confirmed. 364ace does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have already been accepted by the system, except as permitted under specific sport-event voiding rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a game or betting event, 364ace will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure to determine the outcome. Where a fair result cannot be determined, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). 364ace is not responsible for discrepancies arising from unofficial or third-party sources.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may change without prior notice.
• 364ace reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error that displayed incorrect odds, incorrect market information, or any other material inaccuracy.
• Game outcomes for all slots and casino table games are determined by certified random number generation systems. These systems are provided and independently audited by our studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 364ace platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 364ace platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 364ace or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform content.
• Use the 364ace name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website or application.

Game content, graphics, and software provided by third-party studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are subject to their own licensing terms.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 364ace's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

364ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 364ace platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease use of the platform and close your account. Closing your account does not waive any rights or obligations that arose under the Terms in force prior to your account closure.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 364ace arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents 364ace from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent fraud.
